Steve earned his Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering and spent eight years living in Europe before bringing his passion for problem-solving, craftsmanship, and quality to the homebuilding industry. In June 2010, he founded his company with a simple goal: build homes with the same level of care and attention he would want for his own family.

Today, with 19 years of industry experience and more than 120 homes built, Steve has earned a reputation for delivering thoughtfully designed homes, clear communication, and a building process that homeowners can trust. As a husband and father of two daughters, Steve understands firsthand the importance of a home that is both beautiful and functional. His approach combines quality craftsmanship with practical design, ensuring each home is built to support the way families truly live.

When he’s not on a job site or meeting with clients, Steve enjoys playing chess, following soccer, and traveling with his family—experiences that have helped shape his appreciation for different styles, cultures, and the importance of creating spaces where people feel at home.
